Inlet and Discharge Separators

VPSI GRADE I SERIES

DESIGN The VPSI Grade I Series consists of premium quality inlet water separators. The centrifugal design incorporates a low side inlet, top outlet and bottom drain configuration to remove 90% of free liquid while also providing respectable wide band noise attenuation. All inlet water separators are designed for full vacuum service.

APPLICATION VPSI Grade I separators are typically used to remove process water from air flow in vacuum systems using liquid ring or water sealed rotary positive blowers prior to entering the pump. The Grade I rating signifies a 90% free liquid removal efficiency.

VPSI GRADE II SERIES

DESIGN The VPSI Grade II Series consists of premium quality inlet water separators. The centrifugal design incorporates a low side inlet, top outlet and bottom drain configuration to remove 99% of free liquid while also providing respectable wide band noise attenuation. All inlet water separators are designed for full vacuum service.

APPLICATION VPSI Grade II separators are typically used to remove process water from air flow in vacuum systems using liquid ring or water sealed rotary positive blowers prior to entering the pump. The Grade II rating signifies a 99% free liquid removal efficiency.

VPS GRADE I SERIES

DESIGN The VPS Grade I Series consists of premium quality discharge water separators. The centrifugal design incorporates a low side inlet, top outlet and bottom drain configuration to remove 99%+ of free liquid while also providing respectable wide band noise attenuation.

APPLICATION VPS Grade I separators are typically used to remove process water or seal water from air flow in vacuum systems using liquid ring or water sealed rotary positive blowers prior before discharge to atmosphere. The Grade I rating signifies an industrial noise attenuation (5-10dB).

VPSS GRADE II SERIES

DESIGN The VPSS Grade II Series consists of premium quality discharge water separator/silencers. The centrifugal design incorporates a low side inlet, top outlet and bottom drain configuration to remove 99%+ of free liquid while also providing excellent wide band noise attenuation.

APPLICATION VPSS Grade II separators are typically used to remove process water or seal water from air flow in vacuum systems using liquid ring or water sealed rotary positive blowers prior before discharge to atmosphere. The Grade II rating signifies a commercial noise attenuation (25-35dB).
